At Cotton Hands Coaching & Consulting, we believe that healing should never be a luxury. Too many people are struggling with trauma, life transitions, identity challenges, or emotional pain but cannot access support because they lack insurance or simply cannot afford the services they need. Mental wellness is not just for those who can pay for it — it is a human need. Your donation helps create opportunities for individuals who may otherwise go without support. Contributions help offset the cost of coaching sessions and allow us to offer reduced-cost or sponsored sessions to those in need. If our mission speaks to you, we invite you to give. You can donate to support the work we are doing, or donate on behalf of someone who deserves access to healing and guidance. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation Policy At Cotton Hands Coaching & Consulting, we value both your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy is in place. 24-Hour Notice Required Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-Show Policy Clients who miss a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the session fee. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment one time without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Emergencies We understand that life happens. In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be made at the discretion of Cotton Hands Coaching & Consulting. Session Start Time Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time.
