Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation Policy At Cotton Hands Coaching & Consulting, we value both your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy is in place. 24-Hour Notice Required Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-Show Policy Clients who miss a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the session fee. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment one time without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Emergencies We understand that life happens. In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be made at the discretion of Cotton Hands Coaching & Consulting.
