The Cotton Hands Mindful Eating™ program is a 30-day guided program designed to help you rebuild your relationship with food, your body, and yourself. This program was created from my own healing journey—overcoming childhood trauma, church hurt, life transitions, and learning how to care for my body and mind in a healthier way.
